The whole facility was nice clean comfortable the staff was excellent helpful pleasurable from the phone call with spare foot to go into the unit it was just an enjoyable experience

I feel as though a bait and switch was pulled on me. I reserved an 8x10 unit, and when I arrived to check-in, I was told that there were none available in this size. I had a car full of stuff, so I was forced to take one that was available. Front desk girl (can't recall her name) was courteous and knowledgeable, so ups to her. It's a bit rude that I'm forced to purchase a one-of-a-kind lock that can't be used anywhere else. Access should consider a buy back program for these.
